Leadership and culture change begins with a simple conversation. As our world rapidly transforms, leadership needs to evolve for businesses and people to thrive and grow into their full potential. With over 30 years of experience in designing and facilitating coaching programs for leaders and safety professionals in construction, infrastructure, education and finance, my passion is enabling people to shine in their workplace. I collaborate with leaders and mentors to empower and support them with practical coaching and conversational skills which can be applied immediately to start creating change.

Annette Gray

Annette is an experienced and insightful coach, facilitator and speaker on solution focus coaching and mentoring. Her passion is developing leaders, safety professionals and mentors to be more “coach-like” and taking a Solution Focused approach that will help them achieve change fast. Annette has trained more than 7,500 leaders and has over 1,500 hours of coaching in the construction, infrastructure, education and finance industries.

Along with her tertiary qualifications (Masters of Communication Management and Diploma of Teaching), Annette has completed a Solution Focused Business Professional Certificate at the University of Wisconsin. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Senior Practitioner Coach and Assessor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
