Josh Bryant
Josh joined Mitchell Services in 2016. Since that time, he has led the improvement in our risk management systems and safety performance, leading to Mitchell Services receiving recognition in several industry awards. Josh was awarded the 2018 Prospect Mining Award for Safety Advocacy and the 2020 AusIMM Jim Torlach Award for Professional Excellence. He is a strong promoter in the industry of ‘safety differently/human and organisational performance’ practices and in sharing the development of our Critical Control Management system. He is genuinely passionate about people, workforce diversity and the improvement of systems that support our employees and our clients.
